Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage - Fill and Flush Method Medical or Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle skin stretching massage technique which is designed to move & drain lymphatic fluid. The F&F techniques are designed to stimulate the lymphatic vessels which carry substances vital to the body’s defences and remove waste products. The aim of MLD is to move fluid to an area where it can flow & drain more freely. MLD is a very light touch service and is safe for post operative clients.
